We offer free islandwide delivery within Singapore for orders S$50 and above except to no delivery zones as listed below. 

 

For orders below $50, there will be a flat  $5 flat delivery fee.

A $30 Service Fee is applicable for any Mobile/Tablets/Smartwatch Purchase with only Atome Checkout Option.

Delivery may be within 5-21 days .

Delivery during Monday to Friday between 10am - 9pm but may be scheduled on a non-working day too. 

 

Saturdays , Sundays and Public Holidays are non-working days.

RETURN & REFUND

Due to hygiene reasons, all innerwear such as briefs and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.

Discounted price items and items bought on sales / promotion on our website or our Clearance sales in-stores cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

[ Defective Item – Order xxxxxx ]. immediately or contact us through our Whatsapp Hotline and we will do our best to assist you in a timely manner. 

Together with this email, please provide us with a clear snapshot of the defect followed by a description of the defect.

All defective item(s) needs to come intact with original packaging with tags attached.
